  • Leverage generative AI tools to accelerate test development and documentation
  • Continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies and integrate them into testing workflows
  • Design and implement scalable test automation frameworks for system-level testing
  • Increase automation coverage across integration, regression, and performance testing for hardware and software
  • Evaluate and integrate modern testing tools and technologies

Quality & Process Improvement

  • Establish and track key quality metrics (defect leakage, test coverage, automation ROI, etc.)
  • Drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure thorough documentation of test strategies, results, and compliance artifacts
  • Promote best practices in testing methodologies, including shift-left and risk-based testing

Organization & Leadership

  • Develop, coach, and mentor the Test Engineering team to build strong technical, quality, and leadership capabilities
  • Set clear annual objectives and conduct performance evaluations, development planning, and merit reviews
  • Evolve the organizational structure, skills, and processes to meet changing business, product, and technology needs
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and data‑driven decision making

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
