Racial and ethnic diversity

At Halma we’re striving to increase racial and ethnic participation in our businesses, including Black and other ethnic minorities.

This year, we celebrated Black History Month in both the UK and the US. This provided opportunities to spotlight Black role models in our businesses, educate colleagues on the importance of challenging behaviours that are not inclusive and equip them with resources to have conversations on race.

Lawrence is passionate about facilitating conversations about “isms” so we can give people the confidence to confront difficult conversations and begin to plant the seeds of change.
