Read MoreWe offer career opportunities for both senior leaders and for graduates. We welcome experienced professionals who are inspired by our purpose, who are entrepreneurial and who want to help take our companies to the next level of growth. Our graduate scheme is the Halma Catalyst Programme and offers a unique experience to work in our companies across the world.
We continuously share best practice and stimulate knowledge-sharing through our networks. We also invest in our leaders so that they have the skills required to cultivate diversity, lead inclusively, and improve their ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
Our development programmes are designed to promote personal growth, enhance leadership and relationship skills. They also offer the chance for employees from diverse Halma companies to come together and learn from each other. These courses are offered in the UK, USA and China.
Using the latest collaborative technology, we connect over 80% of our online employees across 20 countries. This allows our employees to share knowledge, skills and ideas every day in an agile and secure way.
Employees around the world tap into the expertise of our network. This has led to the creation of entirely new business models, product collaborations and accelerated the pace of change across the group. From seeking support for entering new markets, sharing data, learnings, insights and opportunities, staying connected is critical to our success and our employees’ development.
We want to enable our people to perform at their best. We know our employees can only play a full part at work and in the communities in which they live if they feel safe, healthy and fulfilled. That’s why we’re committed to investing in our people with the programmes and resources needed to support their overall health and wellbeing.
Our employee assistance programmes provide confidential counselling advice on personal, emotional, financial and legal matters. A dedicated resource centre on our internal digital platform is available to support employees’ mental health and total wellbeing. We’ve also launched a programme to equip managers with tools to better navigate conversations around mental health and ways to support those around them.

We support work-life integration through our global parental leave policy and our Future of Work philosophy which recognises the need for greater flexibility to meet life’s demands. In 2020 we launched our Water for Life global charitable campaign connecting to the societal purpose of providing access to safe, clean drinking water. In 2019, we completed Halma’s first global charitable campaign, Gift of Sight. This group-wide initiative raised awareness of the issue of preventable blindness while also improving the eye health of employees.
