Cranford Controls has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Production Supervisor to be part of the leadership team.
Cranford Controls in Alton specialise in the manufacture and supply of audible and visual warning devices along with sounders, beacons and ancillary devices for the fire, security and process control industries. Cranford Controls offers a high level of customer choice and service across a wide spectrum of industries throughout the United Kingdom, Europe, the Middle East and across the world. This is a role that requires a proactive approach to improving manufacturing whilst overseeing production schedule adherence.
The Production Supervisor is responsible for the management of Production/Assembly staff, including their training and development. Lean manufacturing techniques are to be applied in all areas to increase efficiency, reduce cost and improve product quality.
This role will require a detailed and critical approach to current work practices and a commitment to observe the company’s strict Health & Safety and Quality Management Systems.
