Press Releases - Halma Group Chief Executive Marc Ronchetti Recognised for a Second Year as Advocate for Women in Business
Halma Group Chief Executive Marc Ronchetti Recognised for a Second Year as Advocate for Women in Business
23 September 2025
Halma Group Chief Executive Marc Ronchetti is today recognised for his ongoing commitment to gender diversity in business for the second year in a row. INvolve, a global organisation dedicated to promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace, has selected Marc for inclusion in its Heroes Advocates Role Model List 2025.
Supported by YouTube and run by INvolve, this list recognises those advancing women in global business. Halma's focus on building inclusive businesses has significantly improved gender balance in leadership. Women now hold 50% of senior roles, including 50% of the plc Board and 67% of the Executive Board, with key positions like Chair, Group CFO and Senior Independent Director occupied by women. Female representation at company board levels has increased from 29% in 2023 to 33% in 2025. Halma’s goal is a 40-60% gender balance in leadership by 2030.
“At Halma, we are committed to building inclusive businesses. Gender equality not only aligns with our values, but also has a demonstrable impact on business,” said Marc Ronchetti, Group Chief Executive at Halma. “I share this honour with my colleagues and fellow leaders, whose dedication inspires me every day to champion an inclusive workplace where women and everyone can thrive.”
