Halma launches new podcast in celebration of International Women’s Day

Today Halma announces the launch of a new signature podcast series, "Leading with Purpose."
In each of the episodes, leaders across Halma will explore essential topics for those who are curious about building purpose-filled careers and inspiring inclusion by connecting people to purpose. Through candid conversations, leaders delve into key subjects such as defining their leadership style, navigating barriers, risk-taking, and balancing roles as working professionals. As they openly share their insights and wisdom, they also expose listeners to Halma's inclusive culture.

Episode one of the Leading with Purpose podcast is available now across all major podcast platforms. Weekly episodes will be published throughout the month in recognition of Women's History Month and will feature several women leaders in the Healthcare, Safety, and Environmental & Analysis sectors.
