Halma appoints new Group General Counsel

Halma, the global group of life-saving technology companies, today announces the appointment of Charlene Lim as Group General Counsel and Head of Secretariat. Charlene joined Halma in September 2024.
Charlene was most recently a Senior Vice President for Legal at Reckitt Benckiser plc, the global consumer goods company. During her time with the company, Charlene was integral in establishing Reckitt’s global business across multi-channels and platforms. She led several strategic global mergers and acquisitions, including the setup of its China business.
Funmi Adegoke previously served as Halma Group General Counsel from September 2020 to July 2023 before moving to become Sector Chief Executive, Safety.
