Three Halma leaders recognised in Top 100 Most Influential Women in Engineering

Three senior leaders from Halma plc, a FTSE 100 global group of life-saving technology companies, have today been recognised in the top 100 Most Influential Women in Engineering in the UK and Europe.
Jennifer Ward, Group Talent and Communications Director, Inken Braunschmidt, Chief Innovation and Digital Officer and Daniela Barone Soares, independent non-executive Director of Halma joined other senior leaders from top engineering firms.
The list, produced by board appointments firm Inclusive Boards, in partnership with the Financial Times, will be officially released at the Inclusive Boards: Women in Engineering Leadership Conference on 22nd October.
Inclusive Boards will also be publishing extensive research into engineering in the UK as well as the results of their diversity survey of the UK’s top 500 engineering firms by revenue.

In the past five years, Halma has doubled the number of women on its plc Board to 40% and achieved 50% gender balance on its Executive Board, starting from 0% in 2013. Halma is a member of the “30% Club” which campaigns for better gender diversity on UK boards.
