We believe in autonomy. Our decentralised business structure allows local managers to be autonomous and responsible for making timely decisions in the best interests of their business. Halma supports their development as managers through a range of training programmes that help them reach their full potential. The value of this investment is shown both in our recent financial performance and succession planning. Many members of our executive board have been promoted from our subsidiary companies.
